Keeping you in service

It’s our mission that you have as little down time as possible when your equipment fails. With a fleet of engineers that carry van stock to increase the chance of a first time fix, we will do all we can to get you up and running again as soon as possible.

Emergency cover when you need it

We understand that when your equipment breaks down it is vital to get it up and running as quickly as possible so the kitchen can run at full capacity again. Our admin team are ready to take your call and can use our full fleet tracking system to advise of an engineer’s ETA. With a reliable team of Gas Safe engineers, we provide 24/7 emergency cover to help you when you need it.

Minimalising our impact on the environment

We care a great deal about the environment and the impact we have on it. We strive to minimise waste and recycle eligible materials. All job sheets and paperwork are now electronic which reduces our environmental impact dramatically. We provide you with quotes and reports electronically and will always advise when we feel an item is beyond economical repair.
