Who we are

Here at GS Engineering we take pride in working in harmony as a team. We believe in investing in our staff and frequently hold team meetings to develop and progress in our work. We invest in the best training so our field engineers can reach their potential and develop their skills. We also devote our time to taking on apprentices and supporting their education and advancement.

Simon Wilson

Managing Director

Simon has worked at GS Engineering since 1998 and started as the company’s Technical Director. Simon has provided years of support, commitment and dedication to the company and last year became Managing Director. Simon is indispensable to the company and is an integral part of how we function day to day as a team. Simon’s hands on with helping the office staff and engineers.

Rebecca Wilson

Administration Director

Becca began her journey with GS Group in 1996 as an Administrative Assistant. Through her dedication, professionalism, and deep understanding of the business, she has grown alongside the company and now holds the role of Director of GS Engineering. In this position, Becca oversees Human Resources and financial control, while also providing invaluable support to Simon in his Directorship. Her long-standing commitment, leadership, and trusted guidance make her an integral part of the GS Group.

Jo Park

Service Manager

Jo has been with us for 17 years now and is a crucial part of to the service team. Jo is charismatic and has a deep knowledge of the industry. Jo manages the commercial catering department with the day to day running of the diary, engineers and so much more.

Aimee Radmore

Service Administrator

Aimee joined our team in 2024 and quickly became an invaluable member by providing essential administrative support to the office. With her positive attitude and attention to detail, Aimee has already made a lasting impact and is a fundamental part of our expanding work family.

Graham Massey

Chairman and Financial Director

Graham started GS Catering Equipment Ltd back in 1978 with his late wife Sheena Massey. After some years Graham and Sheena started GS Engineering (UK) Ltd, our installation and service department. Graham is now the Chairman and Financial Director of all three companies under the GS Group: GS Catering Equipment Ltd, GS Engineering (UK) Ltd and Award Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Ltd.

We at Stover School have been working with the GS Engineering for a number of years now, initially looking after our catering department, but now extending through boiler servicing, gas safety and servicing for our whole site. All the staff we deal with are friendly, hard-working professionals who understand the need to keep the school safe and running smoothly. Whether it’s a phone call to an engineer for a bit of advice, or the office team supporting our compliance testing with rigorous checks on our certification, they always go the extra mile.
