We had the opportunity to work with one of our MAT’s in the South Hams to fit a brand new boiler system in one of their main plant rooms. The existing system consisted of two existing Ideal Super Series boilers and was desperately due for an upgrade and we went with four Vaillant boilers including a new flue system and electrical upgrades.

Bespoke Asseting

With bespoke asseting on all boilers, pumps and valves in every plant room, it makes servicing and fault reporting as easy as can be. These assets link up to the sites personalised system on our job management system so we can monitor and store all vital information.

Project Management

From the tender process to completion, our assigned project manager has had every bit of involvement with this project from start to finish ensuring a smooth and safe process. The end result has been rewarding.

Schedule to Suit

This project was completed during the six week school summer holiday as per the programme of works to ensure that there was no disruption to the college.
